Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Centre Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
2. Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance works to ensure optimal mall operation.
3. Assist in annual budgeting, managing maintenance contracts, and supervising expenses for operational needs.
4. Assist in renovation works by tenants and support promotional activities.
5. Liaise with the Contract & Procurement team, manage procurement of equipment, cyclical replacements, and enhancement works.
6. Manage and respond to feedback and service requests promptly.
7. Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet professional standards.
8. Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
9. Assist in Environmental Health Safety (EHS) reviews, permit to work (PTWs), risk assessments, and safety audits.

Requirements
