We are seeking an Executive (Operations) for our Radiological Sciences department to manage a SingHealth off-site imaging centre. In this role, you will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adequate onsite staffing and consumable supplies for smooth centre operations. You will be responsible for managing patient feedback, investigating operational lapses with stakeholders, and implementing appropriate solutions.

You will support the department's strategic projects, including collaboration with stakeholders on quality improvement programmes and SingHealth initiatives to optimise Radiology resources and streamline operations across Radiology service sites. Additionally, you will provide secretariat support, including taking minutes and preparing presentation materials for meetings. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
