Executive, Operations Performance & Coordination
Responsibilities
As an Executive in Operations Performance & Coordination, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee Bus Captain (BC) manpower allocation and projection numbers
- Manage BC resources for daily bus operations (e.g., absenteeism rate, overtime, rest day work)
- Manage BC-related Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee worker transport arrangements
- Support BC recruitment planning
- Attend bus stop meetings to identify safety issues related to roadworks or bus stop relocations affecting operations
Missing Trips Verification (MTV)
- Manage and perform MTV audits and queries related to mileage claims
- Oversee internal MTV audits and compliance
- Ensure staff compliance with SOPs and WIs related to MTV
- Verify mileage claims using Telematics system, Authority’s data warehouse, and Dispatch system
- Prepare daily and monthly mileage reports
- Handle mileage appeals
- Manage MTV application, Telematics, and data warehouse system issues
- Liaise with authorities and vendors on bus operation issues
Service Development
- Prepare quarterly updates on bus service variations and distance fare
- Apply for bus service licenses
- Prepare posters and supporting documents for bus service variations
- Manage design and printing of posters
Coordination
- Prepare and consolidate weekly bus operations updates for management
- Prepare performance dashboards and slides for management meetings
- Manage dissemination of bus operation matters to staff and vendors
- Coordinate ad-hoc bus operation tasks
Performance Reporting
- Prepare Fleet Adherence Reports
- Prepare bus mileage reports (interim/final)
- Manage Authority’s Instruction and Variation Order documentation
- Prepare and submit Progress Payment reports
- Handle BSRF performance data requests
- Prepare QoS and summary reports on mileage and BSRF (daily/monthly)
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree holders; fresh graduates are welcome. 2 years of data analysis experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; good numeracy skills
- Meticulous, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, independent, resourceful, team-oriented
- Interest in data and numbers
Skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and multitask
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Critical thinking, self-motivated, team player
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI preferred
