About the Role
Join a dynamic and purpose-driven operations team that plays a key role in supporting hospital operations and enhancing the patient care experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of operational planning and project execution, ensuring resources and workflows are effectively coordinated across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative support.

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and track follow-ups.

  • Collate and analyze data; prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Support and coordinate strategic and operational projects.

  • Track project milestones and assist with timely updates.

  • Manage procurement tasks including quotation requests and invoice processing.

  • Oversee expense claims, travel arrangements, and calendar scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate records and handle correspondence and documentation.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Analytical and proactive problem-solver.
