Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide all required day-to-day administrative and logistical support for the efficient operation of the Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretarial teams, including but not limited to:

-Allocating requests for legal assistance to relevant lawyers and opening new files;

-Invoice processing and approvals;

-Assist with the planning, food and beverage arrangements and all logistics requirements for Board and Committee meetings and the Department;

-Requesting for Land Title Searches;

-Preparing and updating the following Dept reports for the Chief Legal Officer;

-Full admin support (including, printing, typing, filing and arranging of meetings) for lawyers, compliance and corporate secretarial team members in the Department; and

-onboarding and offboarding of new hires and exits.

What You'll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree from a reputable institute of higher learning
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in general administrative management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and execute in the fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Sharepoint, and MS office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
