Job description

Job Description:

  • Work with Middle Office Operations on the opening of new accounts

  • Be familiar with different types of accounts and requirements

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of new accounts opened

  • Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of client static data

  • Daily review of BWCIF client static maintenance report to track update of client static data

  • Asset static creation and maintenance

  • Enrichment of lean asset created by Central Dealing Unit

  • Daily asset price variance check

  • Daily review and update of missing/stale asset price

  • Scanning of client account opening/periodic review documentation into ECM

  • Safe custody of client account opening/periodic review documentation

  • Compliance with the bank’s policies on documentation retention

  • Contribution to quality assurance process

  • Ad-hoc reporting, including daily/weekly/monthly metrics

  • Participation in special projects and ad-hoc assignments

  • Provide proactive recommendations and solutions for problem resolution

  • Provide job cover for other roles within back office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in a Business or Finance discipline

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Banking industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous

  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
