Job description

The Archery Association of Singapore (AAS) is seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team as an Executive Officer. This role is vital in supporting the operational, administrative, and event-planning functions of the Association.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration & Management

•Report to and follow directives from the AAS Management Committee.

•Provide secretarial support to the Board, including:

oPreparing the Annual Report, Audited Financial Report, and required submissions via the Charities Portal.

oAttending Management Committee meeting, Meeting with Affiliates, Annual General/Extraordinary General Meetings and others.

oTaking and compiling accurate minutes for all meetings.

2.Event Planning & Operations

•Plan and manage archery events, competitions, and selection trials.

•Be present and actively involved in the execution of events.

3.Strategic Planning

•Conduct multi-year sports development planning in alignment with AAS objectives.

4.Finance & Reporting

•Handle invoicing, payments, and basic accounting duties.

•Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

5.Documentation

•Maintain proper documentation and filing of all official records.

6.Reporting

•Provide regular updates and reports to the President and Board of AAS.

•Singaporean and based in Singapore.
