Singapore General Hospital seeks an administrative support team member for medical education programmes. Key responsibilities include event planning, coordination of logistics, and teamwork. A degree in education or healthcare-related fields is preferred, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
You will be an integral team member supporting the administrative functions of the department. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of medical education programmes (ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate), playing a key role in the development of the future generation of healthcare professionals. This includes organising medical events and workshops, assisting in programme development, and managing logistics with onsite support.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop diverse skill sets while contributing to the competency development of cardiovascular healthcare professionals.
