Reason for Reporting Structure:
Direct reporting to the Senior Executive or Chief Academic Officer ensures proper oversight of student services operations, maintains compliance with Singapore's immigration and education regulations (ICA, SSG), and provides strategic alignment with the college's student success and retention objectives.

Role Overview:
1. Student Success and Support Excellence:
Support enrolled students throughout their academic journey, integrating CCAMT's values of cultural competence and inclusive practices into daily student services.
Foster a supportive campus environment that values diversity and enhances student engagement and retention.
2. Compliance and Immigration Management:
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore's immigration requirements, particularly ICA student pass regulations and monthly attendance reporting.
Coordinate with student admissions and regulatory bodies to maintain seamless international student administration.
3. Academic Records and Administration:
Maintain accurate student records, process academic transcripts, and support registrar functions with precision and confidentiality.
Coordinate with academic faculties on student progress tracking and intervention strategies.
4. Campus Life and Event Coordination:
Plan and execute student activities, orientation programs, and campus events that enhance student engagement and community building.
Organize and coordinate graduation ceremonies, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for graduates and families.
Support student clubs and societies while ensuring safety protocols and institutional standards.
5. Student Welfare and Career Services:
o Identify students needing support and coordinate counseling referrals and intervention strategies.
o Facilitate career counseling, industry networking events, and internship placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support & Administration:
· Monitor daily student attendance and maintain accurate academic records
· Respond to student inquiries and coordinate welfare support services
· Process housing requests and manage student information systems
Event Coordination & Campus Life:
· Plan and organize student activities, orientation programs, and campus events
· Support student clubs and societies while ensuring safety protocols
Compliance & Reporting:
· Prepare monthly ICA attendance reports for international students
· Generate reports on student progress and satisfaction for management
· Coordinate with academic faculty on student retention strategies
Career & Development Services:
· Facilitate career counseling sessions and industry networking opportunities
· Support student handbook updates and alumni engagement activities
Required Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Diploma in any field, or related discipline (Education or Business Administration)
Strong understanding of higher education operations and student services
2. Professional Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or student-facing roles
Experience in higher education, student services, or international education preferred
3. Regulatory Knowledge:
Understanding of Singapore's immigration requirements and student pass regulations (training will be provided)
Knowledge of private education sector compliance requirements (SSG) preferred
4. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with student information systems and database management
Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reporting
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively with diverse international student population
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
