Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property, and Third Party Injury claims.
• Manage excess recoveries and non-BOLA recoveries.
• Liaise with policyholders, workshops, lawyers, investigators, and third-party claimants.
• Supervise and guide assistants in their daily tasks.
• Approve payments within authority limits and ensure accuracy.
• Attend court hearings, meetings, and seminars as required.
• Work with panel solicitors on cases with Originating Claims issued.
• Follow up on excess recovery claims regularly.
• Provide feedback to underwriters on claims trends, policy breaches, and NCD matters.
• Conduct periodic file reviews and update claims reserves.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Motor Claims Executive to join our claims team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of motor claims, work closely with various stakeholders, and ensure claims are resolved fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property, and Third Party Injury claims
• Manage excess recoveries and non-BOLA recoveries
• Liaise with policyholders, workshops, lawyers, investigators, and third-party claimants
• Supervise and guide assistants in their daily tasks
