Ethos is seeking a Head of Executive Messaging to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and compensation at $70/hour, with an initial commitment of 5–20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders, a strong portfolio of keynote presentations, and expert-level PowerPoint skills to craft high‑impact decks and speaker notes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: keynote decks, conference presentations, CEO narrative development, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings call materials, and thought leadership presentations.
