Job description

As an integral part of the Membership Team at the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless membership experience to our valued members. You will be given the role to develop the membership programme and improve members experience. We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team to improve and enhance the membership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to understand their needs and provide personalised service to enhance their membership journey.

  • Planning and Marketing Association Activities to engage members

  • Support membership promotions, events, and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing member engagement and satisfaction.

  • Develop sustainable membership and marketing partnership with vendors and suppliers.

  • Effective management of Membership CRM system to provide a reliable and updated membership database.

  • Improve membership operations including managing queries across multiple operational channels (online, walk-in, phone, and email) and processing various membership applications.

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to streamline and improve membership processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.

  • Assist in the preparation of membership reports and data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
