Join the Membership Team of Singapore's largest motoring association, playing a key role in enhancing the member experience. You will engage with members, support marketing initiatives, and manage membership operations and a CRM system. As an integral part of the Membership Team at the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless membership experience to our valued members. You will be given the role to develop the membership programme and improve members experience. We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team to improve and enhance the membership journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with members to understand their needs and provide personalised service to enhance their membership journey.
Planning and Marketing Association Activities to engage members
Support membership promotions, events, and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing member engagement and satisfaction.
Develop sustainable membership and marketing partnership with vendors and suppliers.
Effective management of Membership CRM system to provide a reliable and updated membership database.
Improve membership operations including managing queries across multiple operational channels (online, walk-in, phone, and email) and processing various membership applications.
Contribute ideas and feedback to streamline and improve membership processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
Assist in the preparation of membership reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
Knowledge of membership systems or CRM software will be an advantage.
