A leading company in the gaming and hospitality sector is seeking a Content Manager to oversee marketing communications. The role involves developing marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing various marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and possess experience in content development, alongside excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-
Deliver collaterals development for the casino marketing and RWS Casino Membership Program as directed by creative briefs
Work with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
Update the communication program in line with the marketing calendar
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
Coordinate and organise the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
Ensure members listings are being filtered according to the approved criteria prior to the actual communications
Generate reports for supervisor to analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Work closely with business units to ensure the right information is being provided
Work to improve the campaign automation, provide direction and assistance on the development of CXM and direct to consumer channels
Liaise with respective departments and IT to ensure appropriate management and access to data to effectively deliver and progress communications strategies
Optimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirements
Execute direct marketing initiatives, leveraging CRM systems and digital platforms to effectively reach and engage guests
Job Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in content development and creative marketing
Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable
