Job description

Our organization seeks an Executive, Marketing Account Management, to execute various go-to-market motions that constitute an outcome-driven, integrated marketing plan. In this senior role, you will drive effective conversations with Vendor-Product Managers and Business Unit leaders to provide data-driven consulting and a programmatic approach that results in industry-leading program growth, campaigns, and events backed by best practices and highly competitive standards.

The role is primarily responsible for the Infrastructure or Commercial Hardware pillar, which significantly contributes to the marketing portfolio and revenues via platform marketing engines. Other key pillars include Rewards and Incentive Engines, Xvantage, Brand, and Digital Marketing (IDM).

Our ideal candidate has direct channel marketing experience and has executed multi-touch campaigns in a B2B platform marketing environment, with excellent project management and execution skills.

Highly desired skills include strategic planning supported by proactive research on vendor product/program offerings, data-driven decision making, effective ROI measurement, collaboration with the business, relationship growth (internal and external), quick problem-solving, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and events with a data-driven mindset, articulating clear ROI. Basic understanding and use of MARKETO is preferred.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with existing vendors and channel partners to grow our marketing services portfolio.
  • Partner with vendors to drive brand, product awareness, and growth.
  • Drive channel sales and increase mindshare through effective marketing that impacts partner growth and transactions.
  • Increase product visibility through approved programs following SOPs like PODIO.
  • Drive end-user and channel marketing, exploring new partnership opportunities and collaborations.
  • Organize integrated events and roadshows, working with regional resources from ideation to execution, with clear success KPIs.
  • Develop digital end-user marketing campaigns in collaboration with IDM to increase influence and generate leads, with ownership of lead management.
  • Maintain a pipeline of projects aligned with P&L goals.
  • Use business intelligence data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead program management for Xvantage, working with digital leads and regional teams on launch and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with departments to produce marketing materials for promotions and launches.
  • Modernize marketing through digital techniques.
  • Optimize resources and budgets, proactively identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
  • Contribute to the health of our marketing performance and data-driven insights.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with digital-first B2B platform marketing is advantageous.
  • 4-6 years of direct channel marketing experience; experience in tech is a plus.
  • Ability to execute quickly, work collaboratively, and be hands-on.
  • Strong digital marketing skills to drive platform initiatives and revenue.
  • Willingness to research and experiment, e.g., with Xvantage.
  • Experience in end-to-end digital marketing execution.
