Job description

We are looking for a motivated and capable Executive or Manager to join our Aftermarket team. You will manage parts inquiries, process orders, and contribute to the development of sales strategies. This role is suitable for candidates with strong operational ownership and commercial acumen, even without direct supervisory duties. This is a replacement role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Handle parts inquiries from quotation to delivery.

  • Receive and process spare parts orders using the company ERP system.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for billing.

  • Coordinate warranty matters with relevant departments.

  • Monitor competition and meet sales targets.

  • Understand and maintain inventory for fast-moving parts.

  • Build and maintain a strong customer base.

  • Initiate improvements in the parts sales process and formulate strategies to increase sales.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales process efficiency.

  • Demonstrates a structured and solution-oriented approach in dynamic environments

  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

  • Knowledge of electrical components and equipment is preferred.

  • Take ownership of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Lead initiatives to improve order fulfilment, turnaround time, and parts availability.

  • Collaborate with leadership to review and refine pricing models, sales performance metrics, and market positioning.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises related to parts sales.

  • Act as the key point of contact for escalated customer issues or interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in parts sales or a related role; experience in handling strategic sales operations preferred.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, demonstrating sound judgment and professional maturity.
