YOUR MISSION:
Task 1: Outbound Order Fulfillment
  • Execute and coordinate daily operations, addressing internal and external issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor daily order status to meet forecasted quantities; stagger deliveries during surges.
  • Ensure timely posting and shipping of PGI; follow up on BBND.
  • Provide clear finance posting instructions to the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and replenishment progress.
  • Ensure all system transactions are posted and closed timely.
Task 2: Back-to-Back COO / Permit Declaration
  • Ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely.
  • Prepare COO data for B2B applications; draft and follow up to reduce processing time.
  • Provide documents for audits and customs queries.
  • Securely store shipping documents and PODs in shared drives.
  • Update related trackers regularly.
  • Maintain an efficient e-library considering space constraints.
Task 3: Local Delivery and Last Mile
  • Monitor daily order status to meet weekly retail orders.
  • Liaise with 3PL for fulfillment rates.
  • Check for VAS service requirements.
  • Ensure timely posting and closing of system transactions.
  • Coordinate with 3PL and store personnel for on-time delivery.
Task 4: Direct Shipment / U-Turn Shipment
  • Handle direct shipments from factory to Vietnam customers.
  • Prepare CIPL for Russia shipments.
  • Provide cargo estimates for prebooking to shorten shipping lead times.
  • Prioritize urgent documentation and operational needs to minimize delays.
Task 5: Export Management
  • Coordinate export bookings and warehouse operations.
  • Arrange local transactions with forwarders based on shipment requirements.
  • Estimate cargo for prebooking to expedite shipping.
  • Ensure timely export declarations and compliance.
Task 6: International Trade & Compliance
  • Ensure timely declaration and compliance for imports and exports.
  • Work with customs brokers and compliance teams on HS codes and updates.
  • Maintain logistics documentation for audits.
  • Review new contracts for trade compliance and conflict of interest issues.
Task 7: Documentation & Filing
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping documentation.
  • Provide documents for audits and queries.
  • Securely store shipping documents and PODs.
  • Update trackers regularly.
  • Maintain an organized e-library considering space constraints.
Task 8: Other Ad-Hoc Tasks
  • Perform other related functions as required.
YOUR TALENT:
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of logistics experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.
  • Logical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and challenge acceptance.
  • Good time management.
  • Fast learner and adaptable.
