Job Opportunity: Executive, Learning & Talent Management
Location: Pioneer
Contract Type: 6-Month Maternity Cover
Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000/month
Start Date: Immediate preferred

Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join theLearning & Talent Management team. This role will support the development and implementation of talent programmes and initiatives aimed at strengthening the University’s talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end administration and logistics of talent development programmes.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (programme participants, facilitators, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of all programme elements.

  • Manage procurement processes for service providers and programme-related materials.

  • Monitor and track programme budgets and expenditures.

  • Facilitate timely processing of invoices and payments for service partners.

  • Gather and analyse programme feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Handle queries and provide guidance on Talent Management-related programmes and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder, with 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources function preferred.

  • Prior experience in coordinating training or talent development programmes is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with talent assessment tools/processes (e.g., psychometric assessments, assessment centres, coaching sessions) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • A proactive, collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
