We are looking to on-board a strong client servicing manager to maintain and grow our portfolio of corporate clients,

The candidate is expected to have 1-3 years experience in corporate insurance or financial services. This include commission agents who are looking to rejoin the corporate workplace.

Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions and drive customer success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support, etc.) to deliver seamless service to key accounts.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for management and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Assist in resolving client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client activities to proactively address business risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve account performance and customer retention.
