Job description

Job Description

GetGo is Singapore’s largest and fastest-growing carsharing platform that enables everyone with the freedom to drive without the burden of ownership. Our vision is to be APAC’s #1 carsharing platform as we seek to create a mobility ecosystem that's shared and sustainable for all.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and technically savvy Executive, IT and Workplace Operations to join our People & Culture team and support our growing operations. You will be the go-to person for keeping our IT infrastructure and office running like a well-oiled machine. From ensuring seamless IT onboarding for new hires and helping people troubleshoot IT issues, to managing office space and supporting in-office programs, your role is all about making work easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable for everyone.

You'll be at the intersection of technology and workplace operations— managing our assets, keeping IT and office policies in check, and ensuring our space (both digital and physical) is set up for productivity and collaboration. If you love bringing structure to fast-moving environments and have a knack for keeping things organized, this role is for you!

Job Requirements

  • Tech-savvy – You should have had prior experience in IT Support, with proficiency in handling computer hardware and software (both Windows and macOS operating systems), troubleshooting IT issues, and managing IT policies. You’ll ideally have minimally a diploma in Information Technology or a similar field.
  • Organized & detail-oriented – You love keeping track of things, whether it's IT equipment, office layouts, or event logistics. You are able to manage multiple responsibilities and are comfortable handling different tasks effectively at the same time.
  • Resourceful problem-solver – You’re the kind of person who sees a challenge and jumps in to fix it, whether it's a laptop that won’t connect to WiFi or a seating arrangement that needs adjusting. You have excellent problem-solving skills and are proactive in dealing with operational challenges in creative ways.
  • A strong communicator and team player – You love collaborating, supporting your colleagues, and making the workplace better for everyone. You’ll be working with everyone across the company, so being proactive, and easy to talk to is key. You’ll also need strong communication skills to coordinate and liaise with both external vendors and internal stakeholders across the board.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, assets and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Administer IT onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees, ensuring smooth and secure access to necessary productivity devices, tools and systems.
  • Provide first-level IT support to employees, including technical troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and maintain our IT asset inventory, including managing procurement, maintenance and replacement cycles to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer in managing and enforcing IT policies, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Manage office facilities, utilities and supplies effectively, to support a smooth-running and efficient workspace and ensure our office remains a great place to work.
  • Oversee office policies and ensure they’re followed to maintain a productive and comfortable work environment for employees
  • Support in-office events logistics and technical support as needed
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with various external vendors and service providers for both IT and office maintenance, repairs, and procurement matters as needed.
