Job summary

TÜV SÜD PSB in Singapore is seeking an aerospace inspector for its Inspection Service unit. The role covers inspecting aerostructures, systems and components, performing NDT when required, and reporting findings. The candidate must hold NAS 410 Level 2 in MT with M10 and have substantial experience in aviation inspection.

The job requires a degree in engineering, strong communication skills, and the willingness to work shifts and weekends. A hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or similar.
• Five or more years working as an aerospace inspector.
• NAS 410 Level 2 in MT with M10 and any two of PT, ET or UT.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external inspections against acceptance criteria.
• Perform NDT when the assignment calls for it.
• Recommend and approve repairs, then visually inspect completed work.
• Keep assigned inspection equipment in good working order.
• Write detailed inspection reports and daily reports.
• Coach junior inspectors and complete risk assessments before work starts.
