Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify emerging industries and sectors for internship and job opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, legislative changes and industry demands aligned with the hiring needs and requirements of Learners and Alumni.
  • Engage and build a strong network of partner organisations to promote interests, e.g. muster on campus-speakers, create internship and job opportunities in Singapore and overseas and talent development programmes.
  • Assist in branding and marketing efforts to encourage learners’ participation in internship and career development programmes.
  • Administer internship/industry attachment and job placements.
  • Assist in both annual internal and external audit exercises.
  • Render administration support for departmental and divisional operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (eg. vendors) on events and special projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: customer service, talent development, marketing, corporate social responsibility and business development.
  • Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be an added advantage.
  • Results oriented, self-driven and meticulous.
  • Independent worker, but also a strong team player.
  • Effective communicator across all levels of clients, from senior management and below.
