Join Sembcorp Specialised Construction

Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform Daily routine inspection on critical facilities (Generator, Air Con, etc.)

  • Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist

  • Respond to work order within the stipulated timing

  • Supervision of Contractors during servicing

  • Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally

  • Troubleshoot power switches and light sets

  • Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks

  • Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building

  • Need to perform shift works (including Weekends and Public Holidays)

  • Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • NITEC Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities Management.

  • Experience in IFM related field

  • Possess good technical knowledge

  • Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work

  • Able to commit flexible working hours, including weekends, shift work, and extended hours when necessary

  • Able to learn and adapt to the working environment displaying honest

  • Effective communicator with a growth mindset

  • A Team player who is pro-active and is able to work independently
