Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process up to Assistant Manager level, including advertising roles, shortlisting, interviewing, managing work pass applications, onboarding, and confirmation processes.

2. Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage employee exit procedures, including coordination with paymaster for final salary disbursement and IR21 tax clearance.

3. Job Architecture & HR Documentation

  • Review and update job descriptions to reflect evolving role responsibilities and business needs.
  • Maintain and update weekly HR tracking reports for visibility and compliance.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Matters

  • Handle all MOM-related activities including work pass renewals, levy waivers etc.
  • Manage WICA-related cases and ensure timely follow-up on claims and injury reports.
  • Conduct residential checks (Home Check) for relevant Work Pass holders to ensure housing conditions meet MOM regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.

5. Employee Matters

  • Handling complaints, grievances, or disputes fairly and confidentially

6. Insurance Administration

  • Update monthly insured employee lists and coordinate with insurance providers on claim status tracking.

7. Re-employment Compliance

  • Track and work with DH to manage contract renewals for employees approaching statutory retirement age, in accordance with local labour laws.
