A social service organization in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to assist in policy reviews and HRIS implementation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Human Resources, 3 to 5 years of experience, and a strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented incumbent who will play a key role in Policy and SOPs reviews and assist with the HRIS Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation and review of SOPs in line with the regulatory standards, internal controls, and SINDA policies
Review of Policies and Employee Handbook
Data and Document Collection for HRIS Implementation
Any other duties as assigned by RO and HOD
Adhere to internal SOPs, financial, and procurement guidelines
What You Bring:
Knowledge of the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines
Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws
Strong proficiency in written English
Proficiency in MS Word is mandatory
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational and time-management skills
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 5 years of HR experience
Experience in drafting and reviewing HR Policies, SOPs, Handbooks, or other related documentation
Experience in the public/social service sector would be an added advantage
Able to work during assigned weekends to support SINDA’s events (compensated with time off)
