Job description

[Contract Position]

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented incumbent who will play a key role in Policy and SOPs reviews and assist with the HRIS Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and review of SOPs in line with the regulatory standards, internal controls, and SINDA policies

  • Review of Policies and Employee Handbook

  • Data and Document Collection for HRIS Implementation

  • Any other duties as assigned by RO and HOD

  • Adhere to internal SOPs, financial, and procurement guidelines

What You Bring:

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws

  • Strong proficiency in written English

  • Proficiency in MS Word is mandatory

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience

  • Experience in drafting and reviewing HR Policies, SOPs, Handbooks, or other related documentation

  • Experience in the public/social service sector would be an added advantage

  • Able to work during assigned weekends to support SINDA’s events (compensated with time off)
