Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection Support
    Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview logistics, and supporting offer administration.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
    Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
  • HRIS & Records Management
    Maintain and update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS) and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
    Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, wellness programs, and internal communications to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Documentation & Reporting
    Prepare HR letters, contracts, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. Support monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting to internal stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Management & Training Administration
    Coordinate performance appraisal exercises, training registrations, and feedback collection. Maintain records of learning and development activities and assist with training needs analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance & HR Policies
    Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws (e.g., MOM regulations) and internal company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist with audits or government submissions.
  • HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
    Participate in HR projects such as process enhancements, policy reviews, or digital transformation initiatives. Provide input for improving HR workflows and employee experience.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    Perform general HR administrative duties, including handling employee enquiries, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
    Undertake any other HR-related duties or administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  • Strong interest in HR operations, with a willingness to learn and grow within the function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations (e.g., MOM guidelines) is an advantage but not mandatory.
