What is your mission?
- Coordinate performance appraisal and salary review for all employees.
- Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity among existing employees.
- Administer employees' benefits by processing, reviewing, consolidating, and coordinating initiatives, programmes, administration, claims, and vendors.
- Assist in disseminating new/updated compensation and benefit information through effective communication channels.
- Assist in compensation and benefit projects to enhance efficiency and improve functions.
- Prepare monthly reports, analytics, and statistics on C and B.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable in local compensation, benefits, payroll practices, survey research methods, and labor laws.
- Good planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Human Resource Management System.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
