About the role

An experienced Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. The role involves attracting candidates via various sources like social media and employee referrals. The goal is to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment of mid to senior-level leadership positions.
  2. Creating job descriptions as per stakeholder requirements.
  3. Sourcing and screening profiles according to job specifications.
  4. Maintaining good relations with placement officers for campus hiring and job fairs.
  5. Generating and maintaining trackers and reports to monitor daily productivity.
  6. Developing a pool of qualified candidates.
  7. Supporting new joiners with HR operations, including biometric and employee code follow-up.
