Job description

The Executive, HR Planning shall be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in annual manpower budget exercise, including collation of institution-wide manpower requests.

  • Analyse and review the manpower requests with various stakeholders (Medical and Non-Medical HODs).

  • Facilitate the annual manpower budget review session with Senior Management.

  • Collate and conduct the Annual HR divisional budgeting exercise.

  • Assist in scholarships and sponsorships forecast with consideration of headcount needs, attrition rate, scholars and sponsored graduates’ ratio, actualization rate.

  • Track and maintain pre-service scholarships and sponsorships database vis-à-vis the annual forecasted requirement.

  • Manage and provide accurate manpower statistics that include, but not limited to, the approved manpower establishment and actual manpower hired.

  • Prepare manpower related reports to be disseminated to other departments.

  • Review and improve on current manpower data management to improve work efficiency and ensure data accuracy.

  • Position ID creation and management in SuccessFactors.

  • Perform any HR related projects/duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior(s).

Qualification

Educational / Professional Qualifications:

a. Recognised Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource

b. Relevant Experience & Skills

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Ability to engage and work with stakeholders at all levels

  • Possess good analytical (statistic) and presentation skills

  • Proficient in MS Applications (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Knowledge in basic programming will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors System, HR modules
