Job description

As a Executive, HR (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and hire qualified candidates, ensuring manpower needs of both current and upcoming polyclinics are met.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and resignees.
  • HR Adminstrative Support:
  • Coordinate with the uniform vendor to ensure timely access provisioning and accurate uniform allocation for new hires.
  • Submit funding claims to the Ministry of Health (MOH) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and regularly update training records for all employees.
  • Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis to comply with audit requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide support for monthly Heads of Department (HOD) meetings and employee engagement sessions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR working experiences will be an advantage.
