Job summary

A marine services company based in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. Responsibilities include payroll processing, recruitment, employee health screenings, and more. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Job description
Overview

Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.

Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding, including new staff orientation, update Company organization chart, staff access registration, clearance and related matters.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.

Process medical claims, insurance matters and manage the administration of yearly employee health screening.

Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, surveys and other related matters.

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings at job portals, tracking manpower requisition forms, arranging interviews and completing post-interview assessment forms.

Assist in Company corporate events and provide support on HR and administrative matters.

Carry out other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Prosoft Unit4 Systems; advantageous.
  • Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimum supervision required.
