You will support the daily guest service operations and ensure that the accounting operations in our Serviced Residence run smoothly at night. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities
You will:
Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
Make and confirm reservations
Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with requests.
Handle cash floats throughout your night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift
Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports
Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during your shift
Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
Handle and record residents’ complaints, feedback and perform the appropriate service recovery.
Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports
Perform related tasks as assigned
