Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the business leads, in all areas of people agenda, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, grievances handling, performance management, engagement and communications
Manage theend-to-end talent acquisition cycle, decide on hiring strategy, (including internship hiring)
Analyse hiring, attrition data to develop solutions, strategies to support people strategy and talent retention
Provide sound HR advice/solutions to line managers through interpreting HR policies and programs
Supporting organisation development programs implementation (Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement)
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with tertiary institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of internship applicants
Support change management initiatives and help drive cultural transformation.
Analyse organizational needs through data, surveys, focus groups, and feedback tools.(i.e. Attrition Rates, Engagement Surveys)
Develop multiple channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources through active sourcing, and advertisements through different advertisement channels.
Other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of Human Resources, Organisation Development experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field of study.
Working knowledge with Employment Act will an added advantage.

Agile and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions
Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office; and survey tools is a plus.
