Executive, Group Chief Operating Officer's Office

We are seeking an Executive to establish and manage the Healthcare Administrators Fund Unit and provide administrative support for Operations Management Modules across the Global Health Institute, College of Healthcare Engineering and SingHealth Support Operations Forum. Working with the Data Protection Officer, you will coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations through document reviews and policy updates. This includes supporting various compliance processes, such as data breach management and stakeholder reporting when such incidents arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • Working knowledge of healthcare, education or fund management would be valuable

  • Prior experience with supporting multiple committees and managing cross-departmental and cross-institutional meetings

  • Good project management and organisational skills to achieve deliverables on schedule

  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
