Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform loan disbursements, repayments, rollovers, redemption, and fee collection accurately and within stipulated turnaround times.
  2. Respond to Business Units’ requests and inquiries promptly.
  3. Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage with Business Units regularly to resolve BAU issues and enhance cooperation.
  4. Participate actively in team efforts to develop a service-oriented culture.
  5. Contribute to process digitalization, automation initiatives, and system testing.
  6. Ensure all SLA/TAT are met with speed and accuracy.
  7. Suggest process improvements to enhance TAT, efficiency, and reduce errors.
  8. Participate in process improvement discussions to reduce turnaround times and operational risks.
  9. Work with the Team Lead to maintain audit ratings and minimize operational lapses or financial losses.
  10. Take on roles such as BCP Coordinator, Risk Coordinator, or Data Steward as needed.
  11. Maintain high standards for self-development and continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit processing within a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with both corporate and consumer credit products is advantageous.
  • Resourceful team player with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
