• Support clinical and operations teams in understanding expenditure, reviewing strategic plans, and analysing financial performance to drive cost control.

• Maintain financial reports, assist in budgeting, and provide guidance on finance policies and operational workflows.

• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare costing and subsidies to support benchmarking, pricing, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Contribute to finance process improvements, system implementations, and change management initiatives.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
