A leading staffing solutions company in Singapore is seeking a finance support professional to assist clinical and operations teams. The role involves managing financial reports, budgeting, and contributing to finance process improvements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy or Finance and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Support clinical and operations teams in understanding expenditure, reviewing strategic plans, and analysing financial performance to drive cost control.
Maintain financial reports, assist in budgeting, and provide guidance on finance policies and operational workflows.
Develop a strong understanding of healthcare costing and subsidies to support benchmarking, pricing, and cost-saving initiatives.
Contribute to finance process improvements, system implementations, and change management initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
