A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide finance and operations support. Responsibilities include budget planning, procurement management, contract records, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree with at least 2 years of experience and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic IT knowledge is advantageous.

Provide finance and operation support to DST as below:
Budget Planning Support
Support DST team in budget planning activities from coordination to input converge and record tracking etc.
Procurement and Finance Process Management, Tracking and Review
Managing the procurement activities of the team, including but may not limited to purchase, finance process tracking, record keeping, regular review on history, reconciliation of numbers and report creation when needed.
Contract Management
Managing the contract records of the team.
Inventory Management
Managing the inventory of the devices of the team
Other Operational Supports, e.g.:
Email Audit Trail Backup
CCTV review
Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional and resourceful with good problem solving skill.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. excel, word etc. for finance and project management records and reports) will be advantageous.
Basic IT knowledge would be a plus.
