A prominent investment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate for an AR and GL position to support treasury products. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, preparing audit schedules, and participating in the year-end audit. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Treasury products are advantageous.
This AR and GL position will be supporting the supervisor in the assigned team for treasury products.
Responsible for treasury products for Treasury companies.
Assist in accounts receivable receipting and billing.
Preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Involvement in the year-end audit and budgeting process.
Any other ad-hoc accounting functions as assigned.
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
Knowledge in Treasury products is an advantage.
Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
Experience with SAP and Blackline system would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on with good eyes for details, able to communicate effectively to various parties and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with high level of initiative.
