A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Support role for 1 year, based in Bugis. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, arrange travel for the APAC Finance Director, and manage administrative tasks effectively. With a focus on detail-oriented organization, applicants should hold a diploma in Business or Finance and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
Finance Support
Consolidate Excel files for monthly closings and quarterly forecasts (e.g., SG&A, balance sheet, capex, KPIs).
Prepare monthly financial reports (e.g., SAP PULSE Sales, Fixed Asset Register, GL listings).
Update PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI reports monthly, following SOPs.
Assist with finance admin tasks like cost center setup and system updates.
Administrative Support
Arrange travel and manage expense claims for the APAC Finance Director, including complex bookings and visa applications.
Create Purchase Orders in SharePoint, manage vendor setup, and follow procurement procedures.
Coordinate finance team meetings and events (e.g., booking rooms, hotels, catering).
Maintain and organize SharePoint access.
Handle other admin tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:
Diploma in Business or Finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarity with SAP Concur, Power BI, and SAP ECC is a plus.
