Job description

Responsibilities:

Finance Support

  • Consolidate Excel files for monthly closings and quarterly forecasts (e.g., SG&A, balance sheet, capex, KPIs).

  • Prepare monthly financial reports (e.g., SAP PULSE Sales, Fixed Asset Register, GL listings).

  • Update PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI reports monthly, following SOPs.

  • Assist with finance admin tasks like cost center setup and system updates.

Administrative Support

  • Arrange travel and manage expense claims for the APAC Finance Director, including complex bookings and visa applications.

  • Create Purchase Orders in SharePoint, manage vendor setup, and follow procurement procedures.

  • Coordinate finance team meetings and events (e.g., booking rooms, hotels, catering).

  • Maintain and organize SharePoint access.

  • Handle other admin tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or Finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Familiarity with SAP Concur, Power BI, and SAP ECC is a plus.
