Job description

The Executive will support the Finance team in the maintenance of investment / intermediate holding companies' accounts, including but not limited to the following duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts for holding companies
  • Perform vendors' reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage payment and billing processing
  • Ensure invoices / statements are generated, recorded, and emailed to customers
  • Process incoming receipts and clearing of customer's balances
  • Update bank book in accounting system and daily cash position in dashboard
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Liaise with tax agents in the preparation of annual tax filing and related matters
  • Assist in external audits
  • Facilitate the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts


Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualifications in Accounting (ACCA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preparing full set of accounts, preferable from asset management / investment / funds management industry
  • Experience with Yardi system will have an added advantage
  • Meticulous with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
