We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team player who is keen to join and grow with our Finance team as an Executive Finance. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

  1. Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organisation. You’ll handle everything from managing donation records and reconciling bank transactions to supporting audits and financial reporting. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve patients and engage our community of supporters.
  2. Donation & Bank Reconciliation
    Manage end-to-end donation processing, including PayPal collections via DBS, daily data entry and bank reconciliation in Business Central, classification of donations (Tax/Non-Tax Deductible), issuance of receipts and thank-you letters, cheque clearance follow-ups, and maintaining donor and restricted funds records.
  3. Fixed Assets Management
    Manage fixed asset register and prepare monthly reports and schedules.
  4. Patient Accounting
    Administer MOH subvention processes and grant subsidy claims, issue debtor statements, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  5. Financial Operations
    Manage accounts payable, payroll reconciliation, GST/statistics reporting, perform accounting reconciliations and schedules, handle full set of accounts for a small unit, support in monthly and year-end financial closings, and ensure timely reporting. Assist in budget planning and reporting for leadership and compliance purposes.
  6. Ad-Hoc Projects
    Assist the team in special projects or finance process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Preferably 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
