JOB SCOPE
1. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT
Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable function.
Process and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered to residents, including billings and adjustments.
Perform monthly GIRO Collections for the residents who are on the GIRO Collection list.
Track and monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts with the Medical Social Work (MSW) team, Next of Kins (NOKs) and relevant third parties.
Generate and analyze periodic accounts receivable aging reports for management review.
Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
2. ILTC & MEDIFUND SUBMISSION
Prepare quarterly claims for MOH Subvention via the ILTC portal, as well as half-yearly and yearly Medifund/FAS statistics, Medifund/FAS projections, and any other required government or agency reports.
Coordinate with the MSW team to gather the required documentation and information for the preparation of Medifund/FAS claims for eligible residents.
Track the status of Medifund and ILTC submissions and resolve any issues or discrepancies with the respective authorities.
3. COMPLIANCE AND RECORD-KEEPING
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Provide necessary documentation for audits.
4. AD-HOC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the annual budgeting process and the preparation of financial forecasts.
Assist in reviewing financial policies and procedures, identifying potential gaps or weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal control standards.
Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the FM or the ED.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. EDUCATIONAL, TRANING AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Diploma in Accounting
Knowledge of partial to full sets of accounts
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to Nursing Homes
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Navision, Powerpoint, etc.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
Good planning and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
