Executive, Facilities Management

Job Scope

• Manage the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance of all rules and regulations.
• Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements and standards.
• Carry out routine checks and contractor performance reviews.
• Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.
• Provide assistance to new developments.
• Respond to alarm or critical faults.
• Any other duties assigned by the department.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management / Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
