A leading company specializing in event management is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in related fields, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery while managing logistics and client expectations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Coordination & Client Liaison
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, and Clients for the planning and execution of group visits and event bookings (e.g., Family Days, Team Bonding, Corporate Retreats, Workshops).
Manage communication regarding special requests from clients and ensure they are addressed appropriately.
Facilitate and conduct site inspections with clients before, during, and after the event.
2. Event Execution & On-site Management
Serve as the main point of contact for on-site event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
Oversee logistics and technical setups, including AV requirements and room arrangements.
Conduct routine inspections of event spaces and coordinate with relevant teams for any rectifications.
3. Administrative & Logistical Support
Prepare event order forms, signage, and all required event materials.
Ensure all internal stakeholders are fully briefed and aligned on event requirements.
Provide administrative support to the events or sales department as assigned.
4. Operational Excellence
Ensure the event environment is clean, functional, and aligned with client expectations.
Monitor post-event feedback and recommend improvements where applicable.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and managing on-site logistics.
Comfortable handling event setups, AV coordination, and basic technical requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to prepare event documents and materials.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willing and able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
Experience in venue-based or theme park event operations will be an advantage.
