Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee key engineering services in commercial buildings. This role involves managing a team for maintenance operations, budget tracking, and contractor supervision. Ideal candidates should have a degree in engineering and several years of experience, especially with large air-conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in commercial buildings and large scale air-conditioning systems preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.

Job Description

• Lead a team of technicians for daily operation of key engineering services including general maintenance, repairs and A&A works.

• Control of work performance and standard.

• Preparation and execution of engineering services term contracts.

• Budget preparation, tracking and control.

• Supervision of contractors and ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are in place.

• Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.

• Assist tenancy / exploration works related to M&E systems.

• Attend to tenant's feedback and complaints.

• Must be prepared to perform duties on weekends and public holidays as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

• Preferably Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with at least 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

• Experience in commercial buildings / retail malls and dealing with large scale air-conditioning system would be preferable.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD would be advantageous.
