Job Description

1. Lead a team of technicians for daily operation of key engineering services including general maintenance, repairs and A&A works.
2. Control of work performance and standard.
3. Preparation and execution of engineering services term contracts.
4. Budget preparation, tracking and control.
5. Supervision of contractors and ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are in place.
6. Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.
7. Assist tenancy / exploration works related to M&E systems.
8. Attend to tenant's feedback and complaints.
9. Must be prepared to perform duties on weekends and public holidays as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with at least 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in commercial buildings / retail malls and dealing with large scale air-conditioning system would be preferable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD would be advantageous.
