Job description

What you will be working on:

• Install, configure, and maintain SCADA servers and client workstations, including platforms such as Intellution iFIX and Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA• Install, program, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from brands such as Schneider, Siemens, and Mitsubishi• Procure PLCs, servers, and workstations, ensuring compatibility with existing systems• Configure and set up historian servers for data logging and analysis• Integrate and connect field instruments with PLCs and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless data acquisition and control• Investigate and troubleshoot faults in SCADA servers, workstations, and PLCs, ensuring timely resolution• Supervise and manage contractors involved in SCADA and PLC installation, servicing, and maintenance• Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, and permission control• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and upgrades for PLC and SCADA equipment• Apply security patches and firmware upgrades for PLCs and SCADA systems to enhance security and performance• Perform regular backups and recovery procedures for PLC and SCADA equipment to ensure system reliability• Implement, maintain, and manage additional applications or systems as needed to enhance automation and cybersecurity

What we are looking for:
