The Donor Relations and Stewardship team is seeking a proactive, meticulous, and resourceful Executive to support our stewardship, award administration, and donor engagement initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth management of donor-funded awards and fostering meaningful connections between the University, our students, and valued donors.
Donor Stewardship & Award Management
Validate and update Rules of Administration (ROA) for accuracy and completeness in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor fund utilisation and generate utilisation reports.
Manage the end-to-end award administration process, ensuring timely extraction and communication of award requirements to school administrators.
Collaborate with schools to ensure all award processes align with ROA guidelines and university standards.
Work closely with students and award recipients to facilitate donor engagement activities and events.
Administrative & Data Management
Track and report on award administration progress and outcomes.
Maintain and regularly update the donor database with accurate, up-to-date information.
Provide general administrative and operational support for stewardship-related initiatives and events.
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within tight deadlines.
Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative, and flexibility in problem-solving.
