Job description

Executive, Donor Stewardship & Award Administration (Data Management) - Entry level
Duration: 6 months extendable
Industry: Local University
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Salary: $3,000-$3,500

The Donor Relations and Stewardship team is seeking a proactive, meticulous, and resourceful Executive to support our stewardship, award administration, and donor engagement initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth management of donor-funded awards and fostering meaningful connections between the University, our students, and valued donors.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Stewardship & Award Management

  • Validate and update Rules of Administration (ROA) for accuracy and completeness in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor fund utilisation and generate utilisation reports.

  • Manage the end-to-end award administration process, ensuring timely extraction and communication of award requirements to school administrators.

  • Collaborate with schools to ensure all award processes align with ROA guidelines and university standards.

  • Work closely with students and award recipients to facilitate donor engagement activities and events.

Administrative & Data Management

  • Track and report on award administration progress and outcomes.

  • Maintain and regularly update the donor database with accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support for stewardship-related initiatives and events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management abilities.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative, and flexibility in problem-solving.
