Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and control project documents and information, including drawing standards and templates from various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide document control service to client as per project requirement.
  • Consolidate department's manhours and upload into SAP
  • Upload/download document/drawing through Classification website
  • Ensure completeness of incoming/outgoing of documents/drawings as per transmittal.
  • Proper registering of all incoming/outgoing documents/drawings.
  • Ensure the correct distribution of documents/drawings to respective stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with the project's requirements and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve document control related issues.
  • Escort new staff, service technician and other personnels as required
  • Assist in preparation of Tender Project and As Fitted documentation
  • Carry out instruction given by EDC Head.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or similar qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in documentation control in similar capacity and industry.
  • Proficient in MS office applications and MS Excel (Vlookup and PivotTable).
  • Independent, meticulous, well organised, able to handle multi-tasks effectively
  • Inter-personal skills dealing internal and external parties

  • Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
