Manulife Distribution Services team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join us on a journey of change as we move towards digitalisation.


Position Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on representative’s performance
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across multiple channels by conducting regular validations.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and utilize data visualization tools to present these data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in data sources, reporting requirements, and business processes and ensure that all documentation is updated accordingly.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualigications:

  • Educational Background: Diploma/Degree from any recognised institution/university.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Independent and able to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Has a positive and bubbly character and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build positive working relationships.
