Reporting to Distribution Compensation Team Lead, you will be part of the team within Distribution Services Department responsible to handle compensation related matters for multi distribution channels.

  • Providing operational support in the areas of compensation and service allowance disbursement.

  • Support to Service allowance disbursement process, prepare statement and involve yearly audit exercise.

  • Work with IT & various stakeholders to ensure that related system enhancements are completed.

  • Manage accrual process and submission for distribution channels.

  • Reply and manage income inquiries from distribution channels we support to

  • Regularly review efficiency and effectiveness of service allowance and compensation processes and policies.

  • Regularly review and implement guideline of business rules on distribution compensation and service allowance.

  • Support in compensation and service allowance projects and/or future way of working tasks as and when assigned: You will have the opportunity to work on business process improvement initiatives using future skills such as process simplifications, digitalization, analytics, agile project management, human-cantered design/ user journey mapping.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree from any recognized University

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in life insurance industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint; MS Power BI (preferred)

  • Good business analysis skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes

  • Meticulous, diligent and able to handle huge database records
